As a Counterpunch Fitness member, you’ll torch fat and condition your body with your own fitness plan tailored to YOUR unique goals, level of fitness and experience.
You’ll never get bored - my plan is designed to see you achieve maximum results while giving you the freedom to plan your training around your schedule.
The instructions are clear - I’ll tell you how many repetitions and sets to do. There’s also a video demonstration for each exercise to make things as simple and easy to follow as possible.
Your plan changes each month. This gives you four weeks to train before switching up the routine. You’ll stay motivated and engaged as you sculpt your goal body and I’ll be in your corner the whole way!
Personalised Meal Plans
Getting fighting fit starts by fueling your body with what it NEEDS!
As a Counterpunch Fitness member, you’ll enjoy delicious food with your own unique meal plan tailored just for YOU, your schedule and your caloric needs.
Our team of nutrition experts factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals to make sure your personal meal plan meets your needs.
You will get a 7-day meal plan, giving you different options to make sure there is lots of variety.
As you progress towards your goals and your body changes, so will your caloric needs. Your plan will update monthly based on your results and goals. You’ll also get a simple shopping list making things quick and easy to follow!
'Train With Me' Video Tutorials
I demonstrate and talk you through every boxing combination, drill, and exercise in your boxfit workouts and personalised plan.
I also teach you boxing technique and provide you with top tips to ensure that you get the most out of your workouts.
In addition I have included complete training videos. That’s right - as an added bonus you can ‘join me’ for an entire boxfit or bodyweight workout. I have included several videos for you to choose from of different lengths and styles and with more being added all of the time. You and me, face to face, getting it done together.

Shane Cameron
Hi! I’m Shane
Growing up, health was always an important part of my life. I started boxing at the age of 19 and boxed for 17 years competitively, representing New Zealand internationally and fighting for world titles. After retiring from boxing I stayed in the fitness industry, opening Shane Cameron Fitness. As a professional boxer, some of my career highlights include representing NZ in the Commonwealth games and scoring bronzel, being captain of the NZ Boxing team, scoring several regional belts from 4 different associations, fighting in the IBO Cruiserweight world title and sparring with Mike Tyson!
Through Shane Cameron Fitness I have trained people from all walks of life. From elite athletes to complete beginners, weekend warriors and people with chronic health conditions. I have learned that while people are motivated by their goals, they need structure and coaching to help them stay on track and achieve their goals. As a coach, I pride myself on not only helping people with their health and fitness goals, but learning to roll with the punches and to stay in the fight until the final bell.
I love to work with people who are successful and driven in their own right and who want to make something of themselves. There is not a straight path to health and fitness and I like to work with people who are learning to 'roll with the punches'.
My goals for the future are to stay fit and healthy, to be an active and engaged father to my two beautiful children, and to help others to look good and feel their best and change the misconception of boxing one day at a time.
