Counterpunch Fitness Training Program $1000 8 Week Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition entrants are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

- The promoter of this competition is Mountain Warrior Limited, Trading as Counterpunch by Shane Cameron

- The competition is open to all residents of New Zealand and Australia aged over 18 years old, and exempts employees of Counterpunch and all related companies and anyone otherwise connected with the promoting organization. 

- The competition will open Monday 11^th of April 2022 and closes Monday 9^nd of May 2022

- The challenge starts and takes place during the 8 weeks following the 9^nd of May 2022

- The promoter claims no responsibility for late entries or entries not received for whatever reasons

- The entrant gives the promoter the right to use photos collected during the challenge for future marketing and promotional material 

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

- The entrant must be a new or existing subscriber to the Counterpunch Fitness Training Program and have an ongoing subscription starting before or during the dates of 11/04/22 and 09/05/22, and must stay an active subscriber for the full 8 weeks when the challenge is taking place

- The entrant must fill out the entry form found at https://forms.gle/Nx1SZR4ixJRBsLXo6 before the challenge starts

- The entrant must submit at least 2 before photos, submitted on the application form above with their entry

- A second form must be filled out at the end of the challenge, they must also submit at least 2 after photos on the second form

- Entrants must actively take part in the challenge during the 8 weeks

Prize Terms & Conditions

The prizes for the competition are as follows:

1st place - $1000 cash prize

2nd place - $500

 3rd place - Boxing Gear

- The winners will be chosen by the promoters and their team and judged by the biggest change or improvements in the 8 week challenge period

- This does not necessarily mean the biggest weight loss by KG

- The winners will be contacted sometime after the competition has ended and winners have been selected to claim their prizes

- The promoter will attempt to contact the winners by email, phone, or messaging through social media on Facebook or Instagram

- If the promoter has not been able to make contact with a winner during a period of 2 weeks after first initial contact attempt, the promoter reserves the right to pick a replacement winner

- The promoter will arrange with the winners how their prize will be collected or delivered

- The prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability, with the promoter reserving the right to exchange the prize for a prize with an equivalent value without giving notice

- Winners will be publicly announced across the promoters social media pages and platforms
